This is a signed limited edition print of an original soft pastel painting by artist Michael Howley. The subject of the painting is a misty morning scene in Autumn, showing trees along the banks of the canal which gradually fade into the mist. The Blue sky is lightened to the left as the sun tries to break through the mist with hues of light cream and soft pinks. These colours are reflected in the still waters of the canal and the colours of the banking are golden browns and muted greens.
